where do you offer face-to-face training SESSIONS?
Face-to-face training sessions happen at my private workout space based in Selly Oak, Birmingham, via my mobile personal training service or at the gym I work out of. For my clients who are Birmingham based, there is the choice of doing personal training sessions at their local parks or in the comfort of their own homes as an alternative to the typical gym environment.
How do i do online Personal training with you?
For those clients who don't feel comfortable working out in person or who just live out of range for face-to-face sessions, there is the opportunity to do personal training via WhatsApp video calling. Generally clients will do these training sessions at home in a space where they can mix some cardio with weights.
What will i do in the personal training sessions?
The sessions will be based upon the information that you provide to me during our initial contact: the completion of the client information form and our consultation session. This provides me with the insight to then lay out an effective personal training plan so that we can really chase your goals.

How long do i have to sign up for?
That's up to you. I have a diverse range of clients who choose to work with me for short and long periods of time. It's your journey and your goals. I have some clients who call me and ask for 3-5 sessions a week for 4 weeks to get real results and kick start their training or take it to the next level. Others may pay up front for 6 months and do 2-3 sessions a week. A minimum of 2 sessions per week is recommended for 6 weeks in order to gain some of the benefits of our sessions.
