Do you genuinely want to improve your health and fitness for the better? However, I must be honest in that I don't work with just anyone. I work with people who want to improve themselves and want the direction to reach closer to their goals and not everyone is willing to invest in themselves. Throughout my 18+ years as a sports and fitness trainer, I have had the pleasure of working various health promotion settings, sports clubs, schools, leisure centres, adult social care and in gym. My personal training client base covers: athletes, professionals, managers, students, single parents, couples, older adults and many more, each with their own obstacles and motives in reaching their full potential. Now, I’m ready to help you.
